CHELSEA – Chelsea police are asking for the public’s help to find who left two dogs behind.
Police said the dogs were tied to a fence early Thursday morning. They were taken to the police station and both appear healthy.
Police are now looking for surveillance footage in the area. Anyone with information is asked to call Chelsea Police.
