Mookie Betts may have been around just long enough to find himself in the “underrated” category of fantasy baseball. It may seem strange considering he has been one of the top ten players in all of MLB for some time now. But with so many major megastars putting in flashy numbers lately, it can be easy to forget that Betts just keeps doing it, year in and year out.

But perhaps last season showed signs of a slowdown.
Betts played in 116 games, following three consecutive seasons with more than 120 games. He didn’t surpass 20 in home runs or stolen bases — the first time that’s happened since the shortened 2020 season.
At 32, perhaps his best days are behind him – or perhaps 2024 was a blip, and Betts will once again be an ADP gift. That seems to be the case our analysts are making with where they rank Betts.
