Around 2:41 a.m. Sunday, state troopers received a report of a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-95 in Philadelphia.

State police said that while troopers were en route to the scene, the intoxicated 44-year-old driver fatally struck another car head-on that was traveling northbound at the time. The driver who died in the crash was a 21-year-old woman, according to police.
