Three people were injured Sunday after a small plane crashed in Pomona.
The crash happened around 11:10 a.m. near the 2700 block of Fairplex Drive, which is adjacent to the end of the runway at the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
It is unclear what caused the plane to crash, but fire officials say three people were injured in the crash. All were hospitalized with moderate to serious injuries.
They could not say whether the victims were aboard the plane or on the ground.
