An arrest has been made in connection with the death of an 80-year-old man in Marshfield, according to the Plymouth District Attorney’s Office.
The investigation into the death at 853 Main St. began Wednesday evening with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, Marshfield Police and Massachusetts State Police.
According to the Public Prosecution Service, there is no danger to public safety.
The name of the man who died and the charges against Lombardi were not immediately released.
Lombardi was arrested Wednesday by Marshfield police and has since been held on $1,000,000 bail. He will be arraigned in Plymouth District Court on Friday.
