A convicted of crime charges in the southeast of the court

January 25 – One person was recently convicted of crime charges in the southeast of the court in Jamestown.

Demietrus Daniel Jr., 30, Spiritwood, North Dakota, pleaded guilty of prohibited Acts A/regulated substances and possession of drug parafernalia, class C crimes.

Daniel Jr. was accused of possession of methamphetamine with previous convictions in 2020, 2022 and 2024 and the possession of a syringe used with methamphetamine on 10 December with previous convictions in 2020, 2022 and 2024.

Judge Troy Lefevre condemned Daniel served for five days in the Correctional Center of Stutsman County for five days. Lefevre ordered Daniel not to possess or possess firearms and to submit to fingerprints. Daniel can participate in the Cooperative Treatment Release Program. Lefevre also ordered Daniel to pay a defense/facility administration costs of $ 100, $ 35 indigent defense application, $ 90 indigent display and $ 25 victim-witness compensation.

A class C -crime is punishable with five years in prison and a fine of $ 10,000.
