At a FedEx shipping center in Anchorage, Alaska, employees can sort up to 80,000 packages per day during the holidays. And while they’re dealing with a final wave of Christmas gifts ready to be shipped this week, they’re also dealing with a new wave of gifts being returned. Kris Van Cleave takes a look at the process.
