The Bay Area will experience rain and possible thunderstorms on Saturday thanks to a spring storm.

There will be isolated showers throughout Saturday, with a chance of rain and isolated isolated thunderstorms later in the afternoon.

Small hail could occur in the areas with those storms. Forecasters expect wind speeds of 9 to 25 km per hour, with gusts up to 37 km per hour. Daytime highs are expected to be mainly in the 50s in the Bay Area. Overnight lows will be in the 40s.

Inland, showers are likely to linger until Sunday afternoon.

Forecasters expect that after a cooling this weekend, a warming trend will likely occur next week.
