HALIFAX – Halifax Elementary School has a new furry student: a bear!
A bear was spotted on the school grounds on Friday morning. Students and staff were kept safely indoors due to a warning from the local police.
The bear made its way around the sports fields before moving on. The students were very happy when they saw the bear through a classroom window.
