Hawaii County police are asking for help identifying a female robbery suspect caught on video surveillance early Wednesday morning, December 11, at a Hilo convenience store.
Police said in a news release Thursday that an employee at a convenience store on Makaala Street said an unknown woman placed several items in a basket and left the store without paying.
When the female employee approached her, the woman punched her, police said.
The woman fled in a white Honda Civic.
