Campground Kankakee River State Park is still closed after years of delays

The unofficial end of summer is approaching as another Labor Day approaches and a state campground is closed. CBS 2 thought previous reports of the closed Bourbonnais site would be over in 2021. The state then said that everything had to be completed that year. CBS 2’s Lauren Victory found out why that never happened.
