A church in Chester County caught fire Thursday evening, according to reports from Richburg Fire-Rescue.
It happened at Mount Zion AME Zion on Canal Road.
According to the fire brigade, the strong wind caused the fire to spread.

Several departments responded to the fire, as well as the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
Although no one was injured, the church is a total loss, according to the fire brigade.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
