(CBS DETROIT) – A driver was killed early Friday morning after his vehicle was struck head-on by a wrong-way driver on the Lodge Freeway.
The accident happened around 4:30 a.m. near Grand River Avenue.
The Detroit Regional Communication Center received calls about a wrong-way driver driving north in the southbound lanes, Michigan State Police said in a post on drove in the wrong direction. enveloped in flames.
