NFL Kickoff night is here and a new season is about to begin. Speaking of new stuff, we’re excited to debut “Fantasy Film Room” with Matt Harmon and Nate Tice. On Thursdays throughout the season, Harmon and Tice will combine trending fantasy topics with hard-hitting analysis from their film study. It’s all in an effort to make you a smarter, better fantasy manager.
In the first episode, Harmon discusses the growing trend of NFL offenses using heavier formations with more TEs and fewer WRs. Tice explains why this is a response to the way defenses have changed over the years. Both believe this change can help increase the floor for TEs in fantasy and maximize scoring opportunities for top-end WRs.
In the second segment, Tice shares what he’s nerding out about heading into Week 1 and dissects two run games that don’t get talked about enough. To close out the show, Harmon and Tice take a look at Ravens-Chiefs and Packers-Eagles and give their favorite prop bets in each:
