FDNY EMT arrested, charged with sexual assault in Brooklyn

An FDNY EMT was hit with violent assault and sexual assault allegations in Brooklyn on Sunday, police said.

EMT Richard Miller, 36, was off duty when he was arrested around 1:25 a.m. in Bay Ridge’s 68th precinct, police said.

His indictment at the Brooklyn Criminal Court was pending Sunday night.

A police spokesperson could not provide further details about the arrest.
