GOP Rep. Michael McCaul says he thinks the NDAA will eventually be a “bipartisan bill.”

Republican Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, tells “Face the Nation” that while the National Defense Authorization Act only got four Democratic votes in the House because of GOP-added restrictions on abortion, he believes it will ultimately being a “bipartisan bill”.
