Authorities were looking for suspects in major thefts. The chase began with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department before being passed on to the California Highway Patrol.
The chase took authorities through Chino and the CA-60 Freeway. The suspect then left the 60 Freeway to get onto the I-605 Freeway heading south.
Police believe there are at least two people in the car.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said the chase began when two men, who were in their 50s, allegedly robbed a store on the 12600 block of Frederick Street in Moreno Valley.
