Huber Heights woman charged with allegedly hitting a person with a car on purpose

A Huber Heights woman has been charged after she allegedly hit a person with her car on purpose, a spokesman for the Montgomery County Attorney General’s Office said.

Malenia Altman, age 22, has been charged with two felonies over the June 28 incident.

Altman is accused of hitting the victim with her car on the street at the 5000 block of Tilbury Road in Huber Heights, the spokesman said.

She has reportedly had problems with the victim before, the spokesman said.

Altman is not currently in custody, but the next court hearing is Thursday, September 14.
