Mukilteo police are searching for a man who dumped a large amount of an unknown substance on Friday.
It was dumped in the 5300 block of 84th Street Southwest.
Police suspect it is oil, but are not sure.
Police released a photo of the man dumping the substance from a 260-gallon container he was transporting in a rented Enterprise truck.
