Researchers believe that Rex Heuermanthe suspect was arrested and charged in the death of three women whose remains were found more than a decade ago on a Long Island beach road killed at least one of his victims at his home in Massapequa Park, law enforcement sources told CBS News, citing investigators working on the case.
Heuermann shares the Long Island home with his own woman and two adult children, who authorities say were absent at the time of the alleged murders. The investigation is ongoing.
