A 15-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of murder in the June shooting death of a man in Oildale, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened at about 4 a.m. June 25 in the 200 block of China Grade Loop, where deputies found the deceased victim of violent assault. He was later identified as Luis Adrian Navarro Ibarro, 20, of Bakersfield, according to the coroner’s office.
