Compared to November 2023, the average list price of a home has increased 8.5% from $110,500.

The average Knox County home was 1,456 square feet, listed at $86 per square foot. The price per square meter of homes for sale has increased by 6.7% compared to November 2023.
Listings in Knox County developed quickly, with an average of 55 days listed, compared to November’s national average of 62 days on market. In the previous month, homes spent an average of 47 days on the market. Approximately 36 new homes came onto the market in November, a decrease of 5.3% compared to the 38 new homes in November 2023.
