LASD officer hospitalized after being found in “medical distress” outside the station in Palmdale

A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy was hospitalized after being found in “medical distress” outside the Palmdale station.

The circumstances leading up to the incident, which occurred near the sheriff’s station at Sierra Highway and E. Avenue Q, remain unknown.

The deputy was found outside the station around 6 p.m. Their condition remains unclear.

A large area on the street outside the station was surrounded by tape. An LASD vehicle was also taped off outside Antelope Valley Medical Center, where the deputy was hospitalized.
