A cold system will arrive in the Los Angeles area on Saturday afternoon, which brings the possibility of rain up to and including Monday morning rain and the potential for mud flows and rubble stream increases.

Residents of Pasadena are limited to 10 pre -filled sandbags. Proof of residence is required to receive the sand and sand bags for both La County and Pasadena locations.
