HANCOCK – A man was shot dead by police in Hancock, western Massachusetts, on Saturday morning.
Police were called to a home on Richmond Road around 7 a.m. for a domestic incident.
According to police, the man was armed and would not let go of the gun, so the officer shot him.
The man has not yet been identified and the prosecutor is investigating the incident.
