A man was shot and killed in Central Southwest Baltimore on Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to the block of South Gilmor Street near Union Square and Franklin Square around 3:30 p.m. and found the victim with a gunshot wound to the body, Baltimore police said. A medic pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.
