After a four -year investigation into accusations of sexual violence and domestic violence, singer Marilyn Manson will not receive any charges. The office of Los Angeles County District Attorney announced its decision on Friday.
“We have established that accusations of domestic violence fall outside the status of limitations, and we cannot prove any charges of sexual violence without reasonable doubt,” said Nathan J. Hochman officer in a statement.
Manson, real name Brian Warner, is accused of sexual abuse and/or misconduct by more than a dozen women, including ex-Fiancée Evan Rachel Wood. He had been investigated since 2021 by the Sheriff’s Department of Los Angeles County and denied misconduct.

“We recognize and cheer the courage and resilience of the women who have emerged to make reports and share their experiences, and we thank them for their cooperation and patience with the research,” Hochman continued. “Although we are unable to submit charges on this matter, we acknowledge that the strong advocacy of the women involved has contributed to the challenges of survivors of domestic violence and sexual violence.”
Game of Thrones Actress Esme Bianco has sued Manson for alleged sexual, physical and emotional abuse in 2021. She and the “Shock Rocker” settled in January 2023.
Manson is on a sold -out international world tour in the midst of the research. On Wednesday he announced his first American tour dates since the scandal publicly unfolded.
