New OKC companies coming in 2025

The OKANA Resort and Indoor Waterpark, located on the banks of the Oklahoma River, opens April 1. The $400 million project, largely funded by the Chickasaw Nation, includes an 11-story hotel, a 10-acre outdoor lagoon, dozens of restaurants and bars and an indoor water park. The resort estimates that the getaway will create approximately 800 direct and indirect jobs once it becomes operational.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games plans to open in spring 2025 at The Half, NE 83 and Broadway Extension. The 100,000-square-foot electric karting establishment includes an indoor race track, virtual experiences, an arcade, restaurants and a full-service bar. It already has several locations across the country across the South, including several locations in neighboring Texas. The $35 million project will create about 300 jobs.

RH, also known as Restoration Hardware, will open in mid-2025 at 2110 Northwest Expressway, right next to the OAK project. The company will sell home furnishings, from furniture to lighting and decorations. The 37,845-square-foot building will include three floors of retail and a coffee shop. The estimated cost of the project is $15 million.
