Police investigate fatal crash involving dirt bike rider in West Philadelphia

A person riding a dirt bike died Wednesday evening after colliding with a vehicle in West Philadelphia, police said.
According to police, the crash happened at the intersection of 52nd and Spruce streets around 8:30 p.m.
Police said the person riding the dirt bike was pronounced dead at the hospital. Their identities are unknown at this time.
