PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Visibility is low in some low-lying areas Thursday morning as some early morning fog lifts. Be safe on the roads and give yourself some extra time.
Visibility is lowest in Mercer County, New Jersey, but also a concern in Cumberland and Atlantic counties, and in Berks, Bucks, and Lehigh Valley counties in Pennsylvania.
Aside from this morning fog, Thursday is a beautiful day in July, sandwiched between two not-so-great days. The sky clears and by noon the sun returns.
We saw heavy rain on Wednesday and more is expected for Friday.
That heavy rain could affect Friday morning commutes. Severe, possibly slow-moving storms will move across our region from west to east.
