CHICAGO (CBS) – Metra has halted inbound and outbound UP-W trains due to police activity in West Loop Saturday morning.

This comes after Metra police tell CBS 2 that shell casings were found on the 25th floor at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, located at 500 W. Madison Street.

The UP West Line, UP-NW Line, and North Line remain halted near the center. Metra says it will provide updates when traffic resumes.

This is a developing story.
