Police: Video shows two people involved in theft of $600 worth of Pokémon cards

EAST BRADFPRD, Pa. (CBS) — An East Bradford Township toy store is looking for two suspects who allegedly stole $600 worth of Pokémon cards.

West Chester Borough Police said the alleged theft occurred around 3 a.m. on Sunday, September 10 at the Monkey Fish Toys Store.

Two suspects smashed the front door of the store with a hammer and shattered the glass to gain entry to the store. Then they took the Pokémon cards.

Police say the first suspect seen in the video below is wearing a blue hoodie and a mask. The second suspect is wearing a white hoodie, mask and possibly gloves.

East Bradford Township, PA – September 15, 2023. Burglary Investigation On Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 3:00 AM, a burglary occurred at the Monkey Fish Toys Store, located in the Bradford Plaza Shopping Center, 700 block of Downingtown Pike, East Bradford Township. The suspects entered the building by smashing the front door with a hammer, shattering the glass. Once inside, the suspects removed $600.00 worth of Pokémon cards. Suspect #1 is wearing a white hooded sweat jacket, a mask and possibly gloves. Suspect #2 is wearing a blue hooded sweat jacket and a mask. If anyone can identify the clothing or suspects in the attached videos, they are asked to contact the West Chester Borough Police Detective at 610-436-1337.

The toy store is located in the Bradford Plaza Shopping Center on the 700 block of Downingtown Pike in East Bradford Township.

Police are asking anyone who can identify the people or items of clothing in the video to call the West Chester Borough Police Department detective at 610-436-1337.
