Preparing strangers’ favorite childhood meals has propelled one man to TikTok fame

Yiming Lin combs the streets of New York City looking for someone to share the memory of a favorite childhood meal. Lin then researches the recipe, cooks the meal and shares it with that person. It’s his TikTok project called “Literally Starving”, and it propelled him to TikTok fame.
