Quote from BlinkenAnd the basic problem is this: President Putin believes, continues to believe, that he can survive Ukraine and that he can survive all of Ukraine’s supporters.
It is vital that we deprive him of that idea.
Ukraine is not going anywhere and it will have the means to defend itself.”
Details: Blinken emphasized that it mainly concerns support from many countries and in particular the G7 countries.
For example, in Vilnius, the willingness of the international community to make long-term commitments to Ukraine’s security and to help it develop its defense capabilities was confirmed, so that Russia does not return to plans for new aggression in the future.
The US Secretary of State also sees no “changes in Putin’s mindset that the Russian Federation will change its position” regarding the war.
