Rainfall from Hurricane Debby means ‘devastation’ for some parts of Savannah, Georgia, mayor says

Savannah Mayor Van R. Johnson II tells CBS News that Hurricane Debby could dump up to 30 inches of rain in some areas over the next few days. In many areas, that means “devastation,” Johnson said. “It’s going to be a historic event for Savannah.”
