Lawrenceville, NJ – The second term of New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy will end this year. Many candidates compete for his chair in a state that is traditional blue, but that President Trump received the ground on Democrats in the last elections.

Two nights after The Democrats held a debateFour Republicans fighting for the party’s nomination came together at Rider University in Lawrenceville.

The primary of New Jersey is on 10 June. The winner will encounter the Democratic nominee in the general elections on November 4.

Feelings about President Trump

Businessman Jack Ciattarelli, who came close to beating Murphy in the last elections, and the former conservative radioveralk show -host Bill Spadea strarted the most, also on the basis of their loyalty to Mr Trump.

“I choose to listen to the president of the United States, Donald Trump. He knows that from the start I had his back at the escalator, when he landed the rolling staircase,” said Spadea.

“Do you think people from New Jersey want the debate who loves Donald Trump most or who loves New Jersey most?” Said Bramnick.

“I call on a sheriff who has the guts to go to Gov. Murphy’s house now and find out if there is an illegal alien,” Durr said.

“The day after he said that, he went back and said that nobody lives above my garage,” said Bramnick.

“There will be no men, biological men who participate in female sports,” said Durr.

“I am here to protect all groups, especially marginalized groups here in New Jersey,” said Ciattarelli.

“Parent rights must be the top priority of the next governor,” said Spadea.

“Let’s ensure that the Republican party shows respect for the transgender community and shows respect for non-heterosexual people because we have to show people that we have a heart,” said Bramnick.

Covid -vaccines, abortion and more

Other discussed topics were crime, affordable homes, reducing the high real estate tax of the State and Covid vaccines.

“I stay away from the poison gutter,” said Spadea.

“You have just not respected millions of Americans who decided, millions of New Jerseyans who decided to get the vaccine,” said Ciattarelli.

As for abortion, spadea and durr, they said they are pro-life, while Bramnick and Ciattarelli said they support the right of a woman to choose, but not for a constitutional change because New Jersey already has strong laws to protect women .
