TODD ​​COUNTY, Minnesota — The Minnesota State Patrol says eight children were in a van when the driver rolled the vehicle on Saturday.
According to state patrol, the crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. in West Union Township, northwest of Sauk Center. There, a driver in a Ford Econoline was traveling east on Interstate 94 when they entered the ditch and the vehicle rolled over.
One of the eight children in the van was taken to Almere Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The ages of the children have not been released.
The driver, a 36-year-old woman from Fargo, North Dakota, was unharmed in the accident. Authorities say no alcohol was involved in the accident.
Road conditions were described as icy and snowy.
