On Monday, the final shows of his comedy tour, “Bipolarization,” had been postponed after London’s Metropolitan Police received another report of an alleged sexual assault in the city’s Soho district in 2003.
Here’s a look at what else has happened so far.

“I have received two extremely disturbing letters, or a letter and an email, one from a mainstream media TV company, one from a newspaper, listing a litany of extremely blatant and aggressive attacks.” He says that “these allegations relate to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the cinema. And as I’ve written extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous. In those days of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolute, always consensual.”
It is reported that Brand, who does not name a specific outlet, will be the subject of the British investigative show Shipments on Saturday night. He said he feels “attacked” and that the accusations are coordinated.

In a joint investigation between the Times of London and the documentary team of TV channel Channel 4, four women allege in a newspaper article and a 90-minute documentary that Brand sexually abused or raped them between 2006 and 2013. One woman said she was only 16. when she was in an “emotionally and sexually abusive relationship” with Brand, who was in her 30s. She described a situation in which he choked her when he “shoved his penis down her throat.” Another woman said Brand raped her in 2012 at his Los Angeles home.
The Take him to the Greek The star’s profile disappeared from the Tavistock Wood website. The company also released a statement: “Russell Brand categorically and vehemently denied the 2020 allegations, but we now believe we were terribly misled by him,” a company spokesperson told USA Today on Sunday. “TW has terminated all professional ties with Brand.”
Despite the accusations, Brand takes the stage to perform his show ‘Bipolarisation’ at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre. He thanks his fans for their support, and the crowd of about 2,000 people gives him a standing ovation, the Telegraph reported.

“We are aware of media reports of a series of allegations of sexual assault,” law enforcement officials said in a statement. “We have not received any reports of this. If anyone believes they have been the victim of sexual assault, no matter how long ago, we encourage them to contact police.”
At the same time, other news organizations, including the BBC, say they are investigating Brand.
The UK’s Trevi Women & Children’s Charity issued a statement: “We have ended our partnership with Russell Brand and the Stay Free Foundation.”
Hughes recalled signing a contract with Brand’s agent and being warned to stay away from him. “I was told without provocation that I was not allowed to sleep with him under any circumstances because he likes to chase women and have sex with them,” she wrote on social media. But as soon as he had sex with them, he felt nauseous and didn’t want to be around them anymore, so he got them fired or dropped them from the agency… I was 22 at the time, did as I was told and avoided him completely.”
I was recently signed to Russell’s agent at the height of his career, I was a HUGE fan of the man… So excited to meet him! But on my first day at the agency, I was told without provocation that I was not allowed to sleep with him under any circumstances because he likes to chase women and have sex with them.

In it, Brand’s ex-wife Katy Perry describes him as “very controlling” in a 2013 interview with Vogue. “I felt a great responsibility for the end of it, but then I discovered the real truth, which I can’t necessarily reveal because I keep it in my safe on a rainy day. I let it go and thought: this is It’s not happening me; this is beyond me. So I’ve moved away from that.”
Singer Dannii Minogue continued.
“He is completely crazy and a bit of a vicious predator,” she told the Mirror in 2006, according to the Independent. “I certainly don’t think he’s cured his sex addiction, that’s for sure. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. […] He always goes one step too far. Never quite far enough to punch him in the face, but usually too far.”
“These are very serious allegations and in light of them, Bluebird has made the decision to cease all future publishing with Russell Brand,” a representative for Bluebird, an imprint of publisher Pan Macmillan, said in a statement. An updated version of the star Recovery: freedom from our addictions would be released in May.
He was “repeatedly” accused of being a “sexual predator” during his stint as judge, which lasted just one season. His fellow judge Katherine Ryan is reportedly the person who set him on fire, although his comments were not included in the show’s final edit, according to a Deadline report, citing three sources.
