Sharon Hill police are looking for a man accused of leaving cats to die in a locked bin outside Delco Vet Clinic

DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) — Police in Delaware County are searching for a man they say repeatedly abandoned cats at a local veterinary clinic and left them there to die.

Sharon Hill police have released a surveillance image of the man in hopes of identifying him. In the photo you can see him with what appears to be a garbage can that, according to the police, contains animals.

According to officials, that bin was tightly sealed with only one hole in it for air.

According to the police, he has done this at least twice in recent months.
