Suburban Chicago Man Does the Right Thing with Found Wallet Containing Nearly $6,000

Last month, Bill Winquist was watching planes land at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling when he noticed an almost laughably large wallet lying in the parking lot. It contained nearly $6,000, and the Prospect Heights Police Department honored Winquist after he turned it all in to their department. Charlie De Mar reports.
