We will see some sunshine early into the weekend, but with the upper layer still close, winds will remain quite strong with gusts of up to 40 km/h making it feel colder.
We may also see increasing clouds in the afternoon with the cold air in the sky. Less wind and seasonal with sunshine on Sunday, so better conditions for marathoners than half-marathoners in Philadelphia.
Monday looks dry, so good traveling weather for the next three days, then we will follow our NEXT weather maker on Tuesday.
The strong storm moving into California will cross the country, bringing us rain late Monday night and the first half of the day on Tuesday. It looks like a rain event with high temperatures of 60 degrees ahead of a cold front.
That front will drop our temperatures on Wednesday with another potential system on Thanksgiving Day. That could bring us rain/snow, but the models are still trying to figure out the timing and details.
The NEXT Weather team will keep you informed.
