Much of I-5 at Pyramid Lake has been shut down after the tanker crashed and caught fire Monday night.
The fire started around 5:30 p.m. near the Vista Del Lago on the driveway. Authorities believe the truck was carrying chemicals.
California Highway Partol closed all southbound lanes of the I-5 Freeway at SR-138. All northbound lanes are closed on Parker Road.
SkyCAL flew over the scene, showing footage of miles of stationary traffic.
No other details have been released about the cause of the crash or whether there were any injuries.
