CHICAGO (CBS)- A teenage boy was charged after he carjacked a 62-year-old woman in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.
Chicago police arrested the 17-year-old at around 1:32 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Indiana Avenue.
He was identified as the suspect who shot at the victim’s vehicle moments earlier in the 1500 block of West 47th Street.
The teenager was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of aggravated vehicle hijacking with a firearm.
