A 20-year-old man was shot in downtown Baltimore on Thursday evening.
The victim was shot in the 600 block of West Franklin Street in the Seton Hill neighborhood near the University of Maryland and walked into a hospital around 7:50 p.m., Baltimore police said. He is in critical condition, police said.
