The Michigan dealer has suspended its license, accused of leasing used vehicles as new

A Livonia car dealer has had his license suspended for allegedly leasing used cars as new. The Michigan Department of State (MDOS) has suspended the license of LaFontaine Motors of Livonia Inc., also known as LaFontaine Hyundai of Livonia, due to “imminent harm to the public,” the department said in a news release.
