Boston – The police are investigating a death on a houseboat in a marina of Charlestown.
It is a mystery that is fascinating neighbors who are looking for answers. “Nobody seems to know anything,” said neighbor Laura Machi.
The police say that a person was found on board a boat late Sunday evening. How they died is not yet known.
According to I-Team sources, the victim was a man in the 60s and his body was found after his son went to the boat for a welfare check. According to I-Team sources, a dog was found dead in the water by the boat.

The police arrested a woman on the spot. Nora Nelson, 24, who goes past Andi, was briefly in court on Monday morning. She is not accused of any crime related to death on the boat, but rather for open warrants from a case last year.

According to the paperwork of the court, Nelson attacked her ex-boyfriend, who is in the 60, and thrown away his house, but then did not show up for a mandatory hearing. There were several open warrants for her. Nelson is expected in court on Tuesday.
Neighbors
Neighbor Laura Machi walked past the scene on Monday to learn information. “We recognize people, we recognize faces, and so it’s really just a concern that it can be someone they know,” said Machi.
Other neighbors who live and work here tell WBZ that the victim is a local lawyer.
“It is unusual for Charlestown, so you know it is worrying,” said Machi. “Not because I think the neighborhood is in danger, but you know that it is also sad when someone is away from the neighborhood.”
The Boston police said that the office of the most important medical investigator will carry out an autopsy to determine a cause and method of death and to positively identify the individual.
