MINNEAPOLIS – After an epic comeback Sunday nightMinnesota Timberwolves fans are still crying Monday morning.

“This is probably the best feeling since the ‘Minneapolis miracle,’” said Kweku Bankah.

A new addition across from Target Center, a huge banner featuring the team’s best players, only added to the hype.

“It’s almost surreal. It’s almost like I don’t believe it until I see things like this,” Phill Modlin said.

The Wolves play the Dallas Mavericks at home on Wednesday evening, but tickets for Games 1, 2 and 3 of the Western Conference Finals sold out within an hour on the NBA’s site. It means that refreshment for resale is the only hope; some tickets sell for hundreds – even thousands of dollars.

‘We’re going to look for tickets. However, it is super expensive,” Bankah said. ‘So we’ll see. But the plan is to be here and watch it.”

Fans can still find tickets for a few hundred on sites like StubHub and Ticketmaster.

“I try to keep it at $300 to $400 for a ticket,” Bankah said. “If it hits the $600 mark, no, it’s not worth it. We’ll watch it at home!”

It won’t stop fans from watching – and it’s those looking for a destination to watch the finale that Glueks owner Lee Holcomb is excited about.

“The Twins are a block away and the Timberwolves are across the street. So that makes everything work downtown,” Holcomb said.
