Trump says he plans to announce Doug Burgum as head of the Interior Department

President-elect Donald Trump said he plans to nominate North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum as Secretary of the Interior. Trump made the announcement during a speech at a gala for the American First Policy Institute at Mar-a-Lago.
