Harris is putting the finishing touches on her speech, her aide says

Quentin Fulks, Harris’ top campaign official, told CBS News chief correspondent Nancy Cordes that Harris is still “putting the finishing touches” on her speech.

But she still knows “exactly” what she wants to say, Fulks said.

Fulks said Harris will not completely revamp her speech, as former President Bill Clinton did. done earlier this weekwhen he rewrote his speech after seeing the enthusiasm of the convention audience.
