Woman found dead at bus stop in downtown Los Angeles

A woman was found dead at a bus stop in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon, according to police.

Officers were called to the intersection of Olympic and Crenshaw boulevards, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood near Koreatown, around 3:15 p.m. for a report of the discovery of a body, Los Angeles police said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the LAPD.

It is not clear whether there was foul play and what the cause of the woman’s death is.

No other details have been released by authorities.
